This cabin was the PERFECT Wkend getaway. The view from the house / porch was beautiful , it was so nice to wake up and enjoy coffee or in the evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine . The house has a beautiful cedar interior that smells lovely and decorated so welcoming, and the game room was the cherry on top ! The master in the upstairs even had its own private balcony. The fire pit was set up for us and ready to use , as was the hot tub and pool table , all with instructions . John also had coffee makers in every room , USB ports , extra blankets and roku tv . Checkin in was a breeze , and communication was very easy , John quickly responding to any questions I had . The house was located a short drive to down town so we were able to enjoy the down town as well . We had a lovely stay , and would highly recommend , I feel refreshed and recharged after my stay . My sister got engaged here and it was absolutely perfect. The view is breathtaking and they loved their stay! This cabin has everything you need and more. Check in was a breeze and John was amazing. Thank you again for making this day perfect for her! 10/10 recommend.

This home is amazing and has everything you could possibly need. The cabin was spotless when we arrived with a few extras we weren’t necessarily expecting, like several fully stocked coffee bars on each level and the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the showers if we needed them. The view was awesome and the porch area is phenomenal for gathering throughout the day and into the evening. The beds are beyond comfortable and the bathrooms/showers are large and extremely accommodating. Plus the added bonus of the ceiling fans in the bathrooms was super nice for naturally hot people like me. The decor is modern but also warm and inviting. The hot tub was large, easy to operate and easily accessible. The fire pit was very nice and spacious. I would 100% recommend this place!

This Airbnb was perfect! It had everything we needed. I celebrated a birthday here with my family, the scenery is beautiful and we really loved spending time by the fire pit.

The cabin is amazing! The views from every floor were spectacular and all the amenities added to our great experience. John is an amazing host and was always quick to respond. The check in process was extremely easy and straightforward.

This was our fourth time visiting the Blue Ridge area and Overlook Ridge is definitely one of the best places we have stayed. The view from the back deck is amazing, the amenities in and around the cabin were great, and the whole experience was 5 stars. Thanks, John!

To say this place is a gem would be an understatement. I have never stayed in a more beautiful, well thought out home. If you needed it, they already had it. They also had the entire house ready for babies/kids as well which was a massive help. The coffee bars on each level was fantastic for the parents. We could have stayed at the cabin the entire 4 days it was so wonderful.

We were a group of two couples celebrating New Year’s Eve and had a terrific stay! Overlook Ridge is a great cabin—great views, super fun game room, comfortable spaces. And we especially appreciated all of the thoughtful details — plenty of blankets, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, chargers on every nightstand and end table, labels on all of the light switches, I could go on. Loved it!
